Ms. Ames has over 15 years of experience in personal trust administration and IRAs. Prior to joining FCT, she was a personal trust administrator at a major financial institution in Waterloo, Iowa, where she specialized in working with individual clients on their personal trust and retirement needs. Ms. Ames, who also has extensive experience in retail banking, is a life-long resident of the Waterloo area and has attended the University of Northern Iowa and is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute, Personal Trust Administration I.
