Mr. Raes has over thirty years experience in the trust and investment field.  He joined FCT after an extensive career at First Midwest Bank.  He received his undergraduate degree from St. Ambrose College and is currently a member of the Moline City Council.  He has experience in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, retirement planning,
